Narrative:
On takeoff cle, flight attendant reported scrapping after rotation. At rotation aircraft encountered bump on runway during final portion of rotation. That tended to launch aircraft into the air. At no time did aircraft rotate above command bars. Inspected aircraft on landing, found skin damage on aft fuselage and drain mast damage.

Title: FLC STRUCK TAIL DURING TKOF CAUSING MINOR ACFT DAMAGE.
Narrative: ON TKOF CLE, FLT ATTENDANT RPTED SCRAPPING AFTER ROTATION. AT ROTATION ACFT ENCOUNTERED BUMP ON RWY DURING FINAL PORTION OF ROTATION. THAT TENDED TO LAUNCH ACFT INTO THE AIR. AT NO TIME DID ACFT ROTATE ABOVE COMMAND BARS. INSPECTED ACFT ON LNDG, FOUND SKIN DAMAGE ON AFT FUSELAGE AND DRAIN MAST DAMAGE.
