Narrative:
I received a call from the indianapolis FSDO saying they got a call from indianapolis tower that someone was flying low and erratically from a phone call the tower received. It turns out the place of occurrence is where my student works. He seems to have been flying low over his place of work. We will be reviewing again the minimum altitude over congested areas. Also, since this occurred outside our 'practice area,' I will review with my student those boundaries. I think my student was just 'showing off' without thinking about the potential hazards that he could have encountered.
