Narrative:
High altitude turbulence. 767-300 headed west about 67 north at west coast of greenland, FL370, .80, in and out of light cirrus. Broke out of cirrus into clear but with large rotor-type cloud below and left with sharp wind change shown on FMC. Seat- belt sign was on and turned away from rotor but experienced 15-30 seconds of moderate/severe turbulence -- followed by smooth air. Considerable beverage spillage in aft galley and only injury known small scratch on arm of flight attendant from galley protrusion. No passenger complaints and I made a PA apology immediately after incident.
