Narrative:
I was in cruise flight at 5500 ft eastbound from gok to MO27, GPS direct. At approximately XA30 pm, a twin engine piper seneca came up on my right side within 200 ft of my airplane. The aircraft was white with blue trim. Aircraft stayed close for a min, then broke off to the right. Visibility was in excess of 20 mi.

Title: UNCOORD FORMATION FLT OR NMAC.
Narrative: I WAS IN CRUISE FLT AT 5500 FT EBOUND FROM GOK TO MO27, GPS DIRECT. AT APPROX XA30 PM, A TWIN ENG PIPER SENECA CAME UP ON MY R SIDE WITHIN 200 FT OF MY AIRPLANE. THE ACFT WAS WHITE WITH BLUE TRIM. ACFT STAYED CLOSE FOR A MIN, THEN BROKE OFF TO THE R. VISIBILITY WAS IN EXCESS OF 20 MI.
