Narrative:
After arriving at gate in okc on flight at XA14 local time, the agent was unable to move jetway due to a flat tire. It was decided to use aft stairs to deplane passenger. The contract ground personnel confirmed that they knew how to lower aft stairs. However, instead of lowering aft stairs, they activated the emergency exit for tailcone jettison, which resulted in the tailcone separating from the aircraft. The emergency exit slide was also deployed and inflated. The cause of problem was lack of training of the contract ground personnel on this type of aircraft (dc-9).
