Narrative:
A city bus drove on to the taxiway, after securing aircraft, investigation revealed city was having a bus rodeo on the airport operating area. NOTAMS advised men and equipment working at south end of terminal ramp. Nothing was said about closing the airport, or city busses, I'd have gone elsewhere. I don't think it's safe to have busses on the ramp. 1) arrival landed, then taxied -- upon taxi 2 busses encroached the taxiway. 2) after the very large foreign object device moved, continued to taxi to parking. 3) found out busses were in airport operating area and airport maintenance area for a recreational rodeo.
