Narrative:
Trailing edge flaps did not extend. Approach abandoned. Procedure completed, uneventful approach and landing. However, the interpretation and process of performing the abnormal checklist was complicated by a very high level of fatigue. This was the second leg of an all-night duty period. My mental acuity was substantially impaired.
