Narrative:

On quite bridge runway 28R, ILS runway 28R at 1800 ft AGL, on ILS runway 28R course and GS, TCASII idented traffic at 9-10 O'clock, 1000 ft low. This crew scanned area and could not locate. Crew attempted to query ATC about the traffic, but was unable to get a clear understanding. Intruder continued into while range ring on TCASII until an RA to 'climb, crossing traffic, climb' was issued. During go around response to RA, crew observed intruder symbol below our aircraft and separation deteriorated to 200 ft. During go around, captain observed a twin engine turboprop xx flight in a left bank clearing the airspace below our aircraft to the left in the direction of the approach course to runway 28L.
