Narrative:

Once again N90 gives 4 mi behind a heavy jet. This happens each day at ewr! Many times N90 gives 5 mi behind a heavy but as soon as the heavy hits the OM he slows to approach speed and we lose IFR separation. We need 6 mi behind a heavy so there will be separation.
