Narrative:
After takeoff, #4 engine reverser light came on and aircraft yawed to right resulting in slight deviation to right of extended runway centerline. The #4 throttle was pulled to idle at which time the reverser warning went out and corrective action taken. Appropriate normal and irregular checklists were accomplished, fuel load reduced, and an uneventful 3 engine landing made at hkg with #4 engine in forward idle.
