Narrative:
I just arrived from van nuys for my second cross country to santa barbara airport. I was given clearance to land on runway 15R. Once I landed, I was given directions to taxi at the end of the runway and was to hold short at runway 25. Upon arriving at the end of the runway, I switched my frequency to ground and performed my after landing checklist. At the runway, men were working on the runway and a man signaled me not to enter since the runway was newly constructed. Of course, as a student pilot, I was unfamiliar with other alternatives to taxi to my destination. I was very nervous and I know I had to communication to ground if I had permission to cross over the taxiway despite the road workers signals. I called ground and requested a different taxi route so that I could reach my destination. Ground called the road worker and gave me the go signal to cross over. This incident took about 8 mins to resolve due to my nervousness and uncertainty. On taxiing to the FBO, I followed the taxi lines. Proceeding to the destination I saw a twin engine from my far right that appeared that morning. Unknowingly I continued on quickly so that I would allow him to take off once I came clear. As I taxied across the plane remained still and I assumed tower told that plane to hold short after I crossed. After I crossed the plan, ground called and told me the plane was going to take off or was already moving to take off. Shocked with my mistake, I realized that the prior directions they gave me after I landed was deviated. Unfamiliar with the airport, nervous at the last incident at the end of runway 33, I totally forgot to hold short of runway 25. I immediately apologized to ground for my mistake due to my inexperience as a student pilot. As a result of the mistake it was very hard for me to go home to van nuys airport. I couldn't do anything else but to render my apology to tower.

Title: RWY INCURSION.
Narrative: I JUST ARRIVED FROM VAN NUYS FOR MY SECOND XCOUNTRY TO SANTA BARBARA ARPT. I WAS GIVEN CLRNC TO LAND ON RWY 15R. ONCE I LANDED, I WAS GIVEN DIRECTIONS TO TAXI AT THE END OF THE RWY AND WAS TO HOLD SHORT AT RWY 25. UPON ARRIVING AT THE END OF THE RWY, I SWITCHED MY FREQ TO GND AND PERFORMED MY AFTER LNDG CHKLIST. AT THE RWY, MEN WERE WORKING ON THE RWY AND A MAN SIGNALED ME NOT TO ENTER SINCE THE RWY WAS NEWLY CONSTRUCTED. OF COURSE, AS A STUDENT PLT, I WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO TAXI TO MY DEST. I WAS VERY NERVOUS AND I KNOW I HAD TO COM TO GND IF I HAD PERMISSION TO CROSS OVER THE TXWY DESPITE THE ROAD WORKERS SIGNALS. I CALLED GND AND REQUESTED A DIFFERENT TAXI RTE SO THAT I COULD REACH MY DEST. GND CALLED THE ROAD WORKER AND GAVE ME THE GO SIGNAL TO CROSS OVER. THIS INCIDENT TOOK ABOUT 8 MINS TO RESOLVE DUE TO MY NERVOUSNESS AND UNCERTAINTY. ON TAXIING TO THE FBO, I FOLLOWED THE TAXI LINES. PROCEEDING TO THE DEST I SAW A TWIN ENG FROM MY FAR R THAT APPEARED THAT MORNING. UNKNOWINGLY I CONTINUED ON QUICKLY SO THAT I WOULD ALLOW HIM TO TAKE OFF ONCE I CAME CLR. AS I TAXIED ACROSS THE PLANE REMAINED STILL AND I ASSUMED TWR TOLD THAT PLANE TO HOLD SHORT AFTER I CROSSED. AFTER I CROSSED THE PLAN, GND CALLED AND TOLD ME THE PLANE WAS GOING TO TAKE OFF OR WAS ALREADY MOVING TO TAKE OFF. SHOCKED WITH MY MISTAKE, I REALIZED THAT THE PRIOR DIRECTIONS THEY GAVE ME AFTER I LANDED WAS DEVIATED. UNFAMILIAR WITH THE ARPT, NERVOUS AT THE LAST INCIDENT AT THE END OF RWY 33, I TOTALLY FORGOT TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 25. I IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZED TO GND FOR MY MISTAKE DUE TO MY INEXPERIENCE AS A STUDENT PLT. AS A RESULT OF THE MISTAKE IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME TO GO HOME TO VAN NUYS ARPT. I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE BUT TO RENDER MY APOLOGY TO TWR.
