Narrative:
On the short inbound flight from pie to spg, we heard a commercial radio station jamming tower frequency 127.4. I contacted spg ground control to notify them of my arrival and the radio interference. I heard ground control reprimanding another pilot for runway incursion. I didn't hear the whole conversation but got the gist of it. Ground sent me back to tower frequency. Interference was gone and landing was made on runway 24. About 20 mins later when taxiing for departure, it was my turn. I was cleared to taxi to runway 24. When I got to the area I've diagrammed, I saw 2 yellow signs showing a left turn to runway 24 and runway 18. I don't remember red signs. I crossed the yellow hold short lines in the diagram. They were parallel to runway 18. I didn't think they were for runway 24. At this point I asked ground 'what do we do here, a left then a right?' at that point he told me 'hold short, you've crossed the line.' I expected runway 24 hold short lines to be ahead of me and that they would be parallel to runway 24. I suggest better signage for the taxiway in the area shown.

Title: PLT OVERSHOT HOLD SHORT LINE FOR INTENDED RWY.
Narrative: ON THE SHORT INBOUND FLT FROM PIE TO SPG, WE HEARD A COMMERCIAL RADIO STATION JAMMING TWR FREQ 127.4. I CONTACTED SPG GND CTL TO NOTIFY THEM OF MY ARR AND THE RADIO INTERFERENCE. I HEARD GND CTL REPRIMANDING ANOTHER PLT FOR RWY INCURSION. I DIDN'T HEAR THE WHOLE CONVERSATION BUT GOT THE GIST OF IT. GND SENT ME BACK TO TWR FREQ. INTERFERENCE WAS GONE AND LNDG WAS MADE ON RWY 24. ABOUT 20 MINS LATER WHEN TAXIING FOR DEP, IT WAS MY TURN. I WAS CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 24. WHEN I GOT TO THE AREA I'VE DIAGRAMMED, I SAW 2 YELLOW SIGNS SHOWING A L TURN TO RWY 24 AND RWY 18. I DON'T REMEMBER RED SIGNS. I CROSSED THE YELLOW HOLD SHORT LINES IN THE DIAGRAM. THEY WERE PARALLEL TO RWY 18. I DIDN'T THINK THEY WERE FOR RWY 24. AT THIS POINT I ASKED GND 'WHAT DO WE DO HERE, A L THEN A R?' AT THAT POINT HE TOLD ME 'HOLD SHORT, YOU'VE CROSSED THE LINE.' I EXPECTED RWY 24 HOLD SHORT LINES TO BE AHEAD OF ME AND THAT THEY WOULD BE PARALLEL TO RWY 24. I SUGGEST BETTER SIGNAGE FOR THE TXWY IN THE AREA SHOWN.
