Narrative:
Runway 6 was active. The RH22 uga Y was conducting training operations from the 6 sod flying right closed traffic. The BE02, atx X, was on final for runway 6 and was instructed to break off to land runway 10 for traffic rolling out on runway 6. The RH22 was on final for the 6 sod and was instructed to break off to the right to avoid overflying runway 10. The RH22 did not acknowledge xmissions. The BE02 went around on short final in order to avoid the RH22 crossing the runway.

Narrative: RWY 6 WAS ACTIVE. THE RH22 UGA Y WAS CONDUCTING TRAINING OPS FROM THE 6 SOD FLYING R CLOSED TFC. THE BE02, ATX X, WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 6 AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO BREAK OFF TO LAND RWY 10 FOR TFC ROLLING OUT ON RWY 6. THE RH22 WAS ON FINAL FOR THE 6 SOD AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO BREAK OFF TO THE R TO AVOID OVERFLYING RWY 10. THE RH22 DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE XMISSIONS.
