Narrative:
Upon rotation in den, we notice moderate vibration. ZDV advised us that pieces of rubber were found on the runway after our takeoff. As we continued flight to phl we were in contact with ATC and company, concerning location, size and type of debris, numerous times. As a precaution we requested a low level fly by in phl to allow maintenance and ATC to check for problems. Neither ATC or maintenance were able to ascertain any abnormality. We circled and landed with emergency equipment standing by. Landing caused no problems. Upon inspection at gate, the right main outboard tire had shed a large portion of its recap.
