My competitor turned me in to FAA. Knowing the repair station on ipl would not work on my aircraft for fear of losing his work. My corrective action was to hire an a&P consultant.

Title: AGRICULTURAL PLT FLEW HIS ACFT WITHOUT PROPER INSPECTIONS BY PROPERLY CERTIFICATED INSPECTORS.
