Narrative:
A2IR taxi flight from eugene, or, to pendleton, or. FAA inspector arrived on aircraft X at some time of my arrival and wanted to do a ramp check. I had no problem with that until I removed my flight physical from my billfold and discovered it had expired for commercial status 30 days prior. (I had it renewed before the day was over). Also I had left the copy of my load manifest at the office. I also did not have a copy of my operation specifications in the aircraft. I did not know or was aware that I was supposed to carry them in the aircraft. I returned that afternoon with my passenger aboard after I explained to him there would be no charge for the flight. I considered it a private post 91 flight.
