Narrative:
En route from dfw to hrl engine #2 high vibration MFDU message was displayed with a high level of vibration apparent. Accomplished vibration apparent. Accomplished vibration high engine #2 checklist. Vibration was normal with engine #2 in idle and a diversion to crp was planned. An emergency was declared with ATC but no special handling was required.
