Narrative:

Laser flashes in eyes. Captain and I were flying from phx to bur at 31000 ft. At approximately XA19 (CST) captain was looking at the lights of las vegas. He saw a bright flash and said look at the laser show in las vegas. I looked at las vegas and we both got hit in the eyes with a green laser. After we turned our eyes back forward, we both noticed a green glow around the periphery of our vision. This was a momentary condition lasting no more than 10 mins. As of this time, there have been no recurrence of any vision problems. Our position was approximately 67 mi (090 degree radial) east of hec VOR and 90 mi south of las (175 degree radial).
