Narrative:
Upon crosswind landing in esc we elected to go around due to inadequate remaining runway for a normal after touchdown rollout. After our go around at esc, airport personnel advised us that our right main gear wheel and brake assembly had separated from the landing gear strut. This was confirmed by a right main intransit light. We decided to go on to imt to attempt a controled belly landing. We circled the imt airport to burn off fuel and give public safety time to prepare for our arrival. After 1 practice approach, we came in for the final attempt with all emergency checklist items complied with. However, we elected to feather the propellers to reduce engine damage just prior to touchdown. A successful landing was accomplished with minimum aircraft and crew damage.

Title: FLC DECLARED AN EMER AND LANDED GEAR UP DUE TO LOSING 1 MAIN LNDG WHEEL ON A PREVIOUS LNDG.
Narrative: UPON XWIND LNDG IN ESC WE ELECTED TO GAR DUE TO INADEQUATE REMAINING RWY FOR A NORMAL AFTER TOUCHDOWN ROLLOUT. AFTER OUR GAR AT ESC, ARPT PERSONNEL ADVISED US THAT OUR R MAIN GEAR WHEEL AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY HAD SEPARATED FROM THE LNDG GEAR STRUT. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY A R MAIN INTRANSIT LIGHT. WE DECIDED TO GO ON TO IMT TO ATTEMPT A CTLED BELLY LNDG. WE CIRCLED THE IMT ARPT TO BURN OFF FUEL AND GIVE PUBLIC SAFETY TIME TO PREPARE FOR OUR ARR. AFTER 1 PRACTICE APCH, WE CAME IN FOR THE FINAL ATTEMPT WITH ALL EMER CHKLIST ITEMS COMPLIED WITH. HOWEVER, WE ELECTED TO FEATHER THE PROPS TO REDUCE ENG DAMAGE JUST PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. A SUCCESSFUL LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH MINIMUM ACFT AND CREW DAMAGE.
