Narrative:
Mr. X was hired to shoot photos of the game and he hired me to fly his plane, a cessna C-210 centurion, while he took the photos. Before mr. X left his house, he called the bos controllers and coordinated with them about the upcoming photo shoot. We were instructed to maintain 1300 ft MSL and make l-hand circles over the stadium. This was fine for us because mr. Y takes pictures only out his left window because only the left window opens in his 1968 C-210. Before we took off, mr. Y briefed me on what exactly to do, and also told me that there will be helicopter traffic at 800 ft. We performed the photo flight exactly as specified. We maintained contact with approach and company. I maintained 1300 ft MSL the entire time over the stadium and maintained separation from the banner tow airplanes. I even knew the banner pilots, one of them was named mr. Yy, flying in a C-172 xp, the other was mr. Z, flying a piper pawnee, who arrived as we were leaving the harvard stadium. (We left the game and went to harvard, then returned to ewb, where the plane is tied down.) I knew the banner people because I previously worked for them. Here's the problem. An FAA person said he was at the game and says he saw us flying r-hand circles at a very low altitude. He also says that a police officer with him saw us also. At no time did I fly lower than 1300 ft over the game or fly r-hand circles. At the harvard game we went down to 1000 ft for 1 orbit, but we had asked prior permission from company to do so. (We also flew left circles around harvard.) the people who hired us were also at the game. They saw and recognized us flying at 1300 ft making left circles with the banner tows. After we left, they told us they saw a blue and white (same color as ours) cessna 172 flying very low and almost hit the helicopter. We have ordered the transcripts from ATC to prove our innocence and I am sure the transponder codes will indicate we were flying exactly as instructed. An AOPA legal person told me to fill this out even though I broke no rules because he was with an FAA person who claims he saw us.

Title: RPTR WAS ACCUSED OF LOW FLYING IN ERROR BY AN FAA PERSON.
Narrative: MR. X WAS HIRED TO SHOOT PHOTOS OF THE GAME AND HE HIRED ME TO FLY HIS PLANE, A CESSNA C-210 CENTURION, WHILE HE TOOK THE PHOTOS. BEFORE MR. X LEFT HIS HOUSE, HE CALLED THE BOS CTLRS AND COORDINATED WITH THEM ABOUT THE UPCOMING PHOTO SHOOT. WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN 1300 FT MSL AND MAKE L-HAND CIRCLES OVER THE STADIUM. THIS WAS FINE FOR US BECAUSE MR. Y TAKES PICTURES ONLY OUT HIS L WINDOW BECAUSE ONLY THE L WINDOW OPENS IN HIS 1968 C-210. BEFORE WE TOOK OFF, MR. Y BRIEFED ME ON WHAT EXACTLY TO DO, AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT THERE WILL BE HELI TFC AT 800 FT. WE PERFORMED THE PHOTO FLT EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED. WE MAINTAINED CONTACT WITH APCH AND COMPANY. I MAINTAINED 1300 FT MSL THE ENTIRE TIME OVER THE STADIUM AND MAINTAINED SEPARATION FROM THE BANNER TOW AIRPLANES. I EVEN KNEW THE BANNER PLTS, ONE OF THEM WAS NAMED MR. HERE'S THE PROB. AN FAA PERSON SAID HE WAS AT THE GAME AND SAYS HE SAW US FLYING R-HAND CIRCLES AT A VERY LOW ALT. (WE ALSO FLEW L CIRCLES AROUND HARVARD.) THE PEOPLE WHO HIRED US WERE ALSO AT THE GAME. THEY SAW AND RECOGNIZED US FLYING AT 1300 FT MAKING L CIRCLES WITH THE BANNER TOWS. AFTER WE LEFT, THEY TOLD US THEY SAW A BLUE AND WHITE (SAME COLOR AS OURS) CESSNA 172 FLYING VERY LOW AND ALMOST HIT THE HELI. WE HAVE ORDERED THE TRANSCRIPTS FROM ATC TO PROVE OUR INNOCENCE AND I AM SURE THE XPONDER CODES WILL INDICATE WE WERE FLYING EXACTLY AS INSTRUCTED. AN AOPA LEGAL PERSON TOLD ME TO FILL THIS OUT EVEN THOUGH I BROKE NO RULES BECAUSE HE WAS WITH AN FAA PERSON WHO CLAIMS HE SAW US.
