Narrative:

During cruise, pilot noted loss of oil pressure, made off field landing and shut engine down after landing completed. Investigation showed loss of oil pressure caused by loss of engine oil caused by the oil sump screen backing out. Screen was not properly torqued or saftied. Require co- worker to inspect work as a second set of eyes helps prevent this type of problem.
