Narrative:
We were cleared for takeoff on runway 17 with a left turn after airborne. We started our 15 degree bank left turn at 500 ft AGL, we then spotted the cessna 182 or 172 in the right wind screen. No TCASII warning! No traffic call-out by ATC, when queried ATC responded with 'no traffic on their screen.' no evasive action taken because we were past the aircraft and luckily our turn was enough to miss the aircraft.
