Narrative:
We entered the ramp at spot and proceeded to gate X. The captain made a hard right turn and followed the yellow lead-in lines until picking up the guideman's signals. All equipment appeared to be behind the lines. We passed the jetbridge and started to slow approaching the terminal. The guideman looked to his right for just a moment and then continued to move us forward. Everything proceeded normally as the guideman slowly closed his wands to signal a stop. Just as the captain stopped the aircraft we felt a slight bump. We parked the aircraft and requested a ramp supervisor and maintenance. After the supervisors arrived, the aircraft was pushed back to remove the ground (air conditioning) cart. Then the aircraft was towed forward so that the passenger could be de-planed.
