Narrative:
Air carrier X on descent to sounto intersection (10 NM south of yardley VOR on the 243 radial) cleared to cross at 11000 ft MSL. Incorrectly copied altimeter setting as 30.41. On level off asked by controller what our altitude was: that we were showing level at 10000 ft. Discovered incorrect altimeter setting was 29.41. No conflict was indicated. I think we read back 30.41 and the readback was not caught as incorrect.

Title: ACR X WRONG ALTIMETER SETTING DSNDED BELOW ASSIGNED ALT. PLTDEV.
Narrative: ACR X ON DSCNT TO SOUNTO INTXN (10 NM S OF YARDLEY VOR ON THE 243 RADIAL) CLRED TO CROSS AT 11000 FT MSL. INCORRECTLY COPIED ALTIMETER SETTING AS 30.41. ON LEVEL OFF ASKED BY CTLR WHAT OUR ALT WAS: THAT WE WERE SHOWING LEVEL AT 10000 FT. DISCOVERED INCORRECT ALTIMETER SETTING WAS 29.41. NO CONFLICT WAS INDICATED. I THINK WE READ BACK 30.41 AND THE READBACK WAS NOT CAUGHT AS INCORRECT.
