Narrative:
Crew of 2 pilots (both rated PIC) and 2 air officers on VFR local area training entered an orbit over my residence at 500 ft and 30 degree angle of bank. Slowed to '0' KIAS, facing north into prevailing wind. After 10-15 second pause, lowered nose to 15 degrees below horizon and transitioned to forward flight with no loss in altitude. Returned uneventfully to base. Aircraft well within out of ground effect hover limits, angle of bank and pitch attitude limits.
