Narrative:
After completing an ASR approach into ffo and being cleared for the option, the missed approach was initiated. However, the engine was rough and producing only 2100 RPM. A decision was made to call tower and ask to return for an immediate landing due to a rough engine. We were cleared for the landing which was uneventful. It was raining at the time and after further inspection by a mechanic, water was found in the left magneto.
