Narrative:

Beechcraft bonanza G35 departed east troy airport, wi, (runway 57C) with frankfort, il, airport destination. I entered left base for runway 9, passed over 2 rows of high tension wires marked with red balls. On very short final I felt an impact on the aircraft. I continued on for a normal landing, upon touchdown the left wing dropped to the ground. The aircraft went out of control sliding off the left side of the runway and struck a parked aircraft. No passenger were injured. The approach had struck a bulldozer on a flatbed trailer which had driven in front of the runway on a road which is only about 20-30 ft from the end of the runway. The left main gear struck the roll cage of the bulldozer and it separated from the aircraft. The road is marked in both directions advising traffic to watch for low flying aircraft. The runway has no markings at all. The runway 9 should have a 500 ft displaced threshold with markings on both ends. The road is in a blind spot to anyone flying a low wing aircraft.
