Narrative:
FC50 arrival runway 31R, C-182 departure runway 36. I cleared the cessna for departure on runway 36 after a B737 arrived runway 31L and passed runway 36 with the FC50 on short final runway 31R. Can't recall, in retrospect, if I restr the FC50 to land and hold short of runway 36.
