Narrative:
A student training flight. Balloon became totally becalmed over a heavy tree area making safe landing impossible. Landing took place approximately 20 mins after sunset. Pilot utilized treetops to literally pull balloon onto an area for clear safe landing.

Title: HOT AIR BALLOON FLT AFTER DARK WITHOUT LIGHTS.
Narrative: A STUDENT TRAINING FLT. BALLOON BECAME TOTALLY BECALMED OVER A HVY TREE AREA MAKING SAFE LNDG IMPOSSIBLE. LNDG TOOK PLACE APPROX 20 MINS AFTER SUNSET. PLT UTILIZED TREETOPS TO LITERALLY PULL BALLOON ONTO AN AREA FOR CLR SAFE LNDG.
