Narrative:
Cpr X clearance issued 'cross 10 west of VOR a 11000 ft' I crossed runway 11 west at 10000 ft. Controller said no problem. I feel that they brought me down way too fast. This I feel contributed to my error. My altitude alerter was set to 11000 ft.
