Narrative:
While on a law enforcement flight I contacted mia tower for transition through mia class B. The tower operator later advised me that I was in a restr area for the summit of the americas. The tower operator then gave me a northwest heading so as to cross mia. After reaching 1 NM southwest corner of mia, I was advised I was in another restr area and given a 270 degree heading. The tower operator advised me 3 mi radius of mia restr due to air force one. However, aircraft were taking off and landing at mia. I specifically wanted ATC handling to avoid this very problem.
