Narrative:
Cruising FL330 abeam and (taipei control) received TCASII (TA) which turned to (RA) to descend 2200 FPM to avoid air carrier Y A300? Autoplt was disconnected and RA was followed to descend 2500 FPM. A visual contact was established with Y also at about 5-6 mi. I was flying the RA plus visual in an effort to avoid. Passed about 1/2 mi abeam Y about 300 ft lower than him. I believe at this time he was attempting to return to his assigned altitude of 310. I descended to about 32100 ft when we passed each other.

Narrative: CRUISING FL330 ABEAM AND (TAIPEI CTL) RECEIVED TCASII (TA) WHICH TURNED TO (RA) TO DSND 2200 FPM TO AVOID ACR Y A300? AUTOPLT WAS DISCONNECTED AND RA WAS FOLLOWED TO DSND 2500 FPM. A VISUAL CONTACT WAS ESTABLISHED WITH Y ALSO AT ABOUT 5-6 MI. I WAS FLYING THE RA PLUS VISUAL IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID. PASSED ABOUT 1/2 MI ABEAM Y ABOUT 300 FT LOWER THAN HIM. I BELIEVE AT THIS TIME HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO RETURN TO HIS ASSIGNED ALT OF 310. I DSNDED TO ABOUT 32100 FT WHEN WE PASSED EACH OTHER.
