Narrative:
During climb out from takeoff at pne, I noticed that the manifold pressure on the right engine was fluctuating slightly and beginning to drop off. While trouble-shooting the problem my attention was diverted and I inadvertently entered the outer ring of the class 'B' airspace from below. The aircraft climbed some 700 ft into restr airspace. On landing at lns the right turbo actuator was found defective and replaced.
