Narrative:
Took off from dtw. When gear raised, right gear door did not close. We lowered gear normally. Had 3 green lights. We then raised gear (2ND time) and both gear doors did not close. We lowered gear normally, radioed company maintenance and returned to dtw. Note: both prior to takeoff and after landing, so noticed significant amount of slush and snow in wheel wells. Possible malfunction of micro switches.
