Narrative:
While in descent into IMC, electrical failure due to alternator failure. Continued descent to VMC and landing at destination. Called flight service and ZID to tell them what happened and that I was on ground.

Narrative: WHILE IN DSCNT INTO IMC, ELECTRICAL FAILURE DUE TO ALTERNATOR FAILURE. CONTINUED DSCNT TO VMC AND LNDG AT DEST. CALLED FLT SVC AND ZID TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT I WAS ON GND.
