Narrative:
When I took off at destin airport at about 50 ft AGL, I lifted the handle to retract the landing gear. Evidently, all electric power was lost. I made a right turnout and squawked 7600. I could see from a mirror on the left engine that the landing gear was still down. I took off the inspection panel plate cover to see if the gear was locked in the down position. It appeared to be. I turned right base and final. Upon landing, I touched down on the main landing gear. Approximately 1 second later, the right landing gear folded under and the plane slid off the runway into the grass.
