Narrative:
On takeoff, gear would not retract due to nose gear pin still installed. Captain did preflight of exterior. Aircraft logbook showed pins stowed in cockpit bag. I did pick up gear pin bag and saw gear pins but I did not count them (there was 1 missing, still in nose gear). Aircraft had been towed over to gate early morning for morning departure. Maintenance had missed the pin, too.

Title: NOSE GEAR PIN LEFT IN FOR TKOF.
Narrative: ON TKOF, GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT DUE TO NOSE GEAR PIN STILL INSTALLED. CAPT DID PREFLT OF EXTERIOR. ACFT LOGBOOK SHOWED PINS STOWED IN COCKPIT BAG. I DID PICK UP GEAR PIN BAG AND SAW GEAR PINS BUT I DID NOT COUNT THEM (THERE WAS 1 MISSING, STILL IN NOSE GEAR). ACFT HAD BEEN TOWED OVER TO GATE EARLY MORNING FOR MORNING DEP. MAINT HAD MISSED THE PIN, TOO.
