Narrative:

Uga X, BE36, at 4000 ft en route to altitude was vectored 10 degree left for departures off wrb. Air carrier Y, E120, was released off mln runway 13 and given runway heading on the climb out. On initial contact, with the E120 I climbed him to 10000 ft after xmissions with other aircraft, the conflict alert sounded and I gave air carrier Y a turn to 180 degree immediately to miss the BE36? The crew of air carrier Y reported the BE36 in sight and I told them to maintain visual separation. I then issued traffic to ugax. Air carrier Y passed off the rear of ugax.
