Narrative:

Taxi instructions were received that included an immediate left turn. Due to operational and WX reasons (only left engine running and unable to start right due to APU inoperative and close quarters, snow on txwys, and high gross weight) the aircraft was physically unable to turn left. We were unable to communicate our situation to ground control due to extreme radio congestion. After several mins of blocking several aircraft and unable to contact ground, we taxied clear by making a right turn and then informed ground.
