Narrative:
At XA38Z we were traveling northbound on A567 in curacao airspace. We were 25 NM south of moloc intersection when we acquired another aircraft on TCASII at our same altitude. When we saw his movement as sbound we advised curacao control. As they were calling an air carrier Y he approached 20 NM. We turned off the airway while curacao advised him to descend to FL310. We acquired him visually at the same time getting a TCASII TA. The closest we passed was 15 NM.
