Narrative:

After a normal landing at fll runway 9L, when brakes were applied at about 100 KTS, both outside main tires blew. The aircraft was stopped on the high speed taxiway using thrust reversers and pneumatic brakes. Maintenance found a bad anti- skid sensor.

Title: BLOWN TIRES, ANTI-SKID MALFUNCTION.

Narrative: AFTER A NORMAL LNDG AT FLL RWY 9L, WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED AT ABOUT 100 KTS, BOTH OUTSIDE MAIN TIRES BLEW. THE ACFT WAS STOPPED ON THE HIGH SPD TXWY USING THRUST REVERSERS AND PNEUMATIC BRAKES. MAINT FOUND A BAD ANTI- SKID SENSOR.
