Narrative:
I was working west departure and west arrival when the radar scope lost both the map and targets. I was still receiving data tags but was unable to determine actual position of aircraft. Data was reconfirmed to another position with no loss of service.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB RADAR SCOPE FAILED.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING W DEP AND W ARR WHEN THE RADAR SCOPE LOST BOTH THE MAP AND TARGETS. I WAS STILL RECEIVING DATA TAGS BUT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE ACTUAL POS OF ACFT. DATA WAS RECONFIRMED TO ANOTHER POS WITH NO LOSS OF SVC.
