Narrative:
Late call entering class B airspace. No conflicts with other traffic, no incident other than entering several mi into the class B airspace prior to initial call. I was distracted due to a torque split between the two engines and simply had my head in the cockpit while making the proper adjustment. When I realized that I had not called prior to entering the class B airspace, I immediately called approach apologized and received clearance to proceed to my destination hospital.
