Title: R22 HELICOPTER PLT TRAINEE MADE A SOLO CROSS COUNTRY FLT IN CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHOUT CLRNC AS REQUIRED BY FAA SECURITY NOTAM COVERING THE ENHANCED AIRSPACE UNDER THE NORMALLY DESIGNATED CLASS B AIRSPACE.
