Narrative:
After takeoff with flaps up, at 230 KIAS, aircraft required 5 units of aileron trim for straight and level flight, ball in the center. Visual inspection from flight engineer showed some spoiler float on left wing. Positive pressure from speed brake handle had no effect. Rudder has been squawked twice before. All leading edge devices and flaps were 2RETRACTED. Engine output was symmetric. Landed without incident.
