Narrative:
Received hydraulic caution light on takeoff. Climbed to 10000 ft, recycled gear. Was unable to obtain safe indication with normal extension. Perform emergency extension and got 3 green indication. Returned to airport of departure, swf, and landed, cleared runway, and shut down and pinned gear. Emergency equipment standing by. No real problems in abnormal situation. Credit cockpit resource management for large part of this.

Title: FLC OF AN MDT RETURNED AND LANDED AFTER A HYD SYS PROB WAS COUPLED WITH THE GEAR RETRACTION.
Narrative: RECEIVED HYD CAUTION LIGHT ON TKOF. CLBED TO 10000 FT, RECYCLED GEAR. WAS UNABLE TO OBTAIN SAFE INDICATION WITH NORMAL EXTENSION. PERFORM EMER EXTENSION AND GOT 3 GREEN INDICATION. RETURNED TO ARPT OF DEP, SWF, AND LANDED, CLRED RWY, AND SHUT DOWN AND PINNED GEAR. EMER EQUIP STANDING BY. NO REAL PROBS IN ABNORMAL SIT. CREDIT COCKPIT RESOURCE MGMNT FOR LARGE PART OF THIS.
