Narrative:

It was brought to my attention that my first officer had been using the wrong performance data to figure our maximum takeoff weight, for quite some time. I checked, and he had for at least a couple weeks. However, at no time did we exceed our maximum takeoff weight using the correct performance chart. It has been brought to his attention, and the problem is corrected. This only happened at 1 airport, but did occur several times. I think what caused the problem is that some of our planes are certified under 1 part of the far's, and some of the newer one's are certified under part 23 (I think) which is more restrictive. At any rate, no limitations were exceeded, and the problem has been corrected.
