Klax-rjaa, air carrier X responded to TCASII RA (climb) at approximately 4403.0/E153 on route A590. Conflicting traffic was at same altitude who reported receiving clearance to FL350 15 mins prior to incident. We were cleared to FL350 by zan prior to waypoint wallt.
