Due to an equipment change at pit outbound flight pit-eri was in the air at the same time as inbound flight dfw-pit. Overlap time was 3-5 mins with 1 plane landing and the second aircraft taxiing out.

Narrative: DUE TO AN EQUIP CHANGE AT PIT OUTBOUND FLT PIT-ERI WAS IN THE AIR AT THE SAME TIME AS INBOUND FLT DFW-PIT. OVERLAP TIME WAS 3-5 MINS WITH 1 PLANE LNDG AND THE SECOND ACFT TAXIING OUT.
