Narrative:
Wind picked up just prior to landing. Descended downwind from large row of tall trees. Upon clearing trees, a gust of wind came and a vortex occurred which caused a false lift to the aircraft. Balloon basket nicked a rain gutter on a house located at the base of the trees. I was unable to predict gusty winds.
